I was craving something a bit unhealthy last Sunday, that night before we had a lovely home made "Lemonchello" tasting and that morning was a bit grey.
Cooking in my pyjamas is a common sight on my home at Sunday mornings and this particular recipe was a great one for that.. no spilling, bubbling, not much waste and little cleaning, nope just a combination of goodnesses and then straight to the oven.
All you need is: Tortilla blades, asparagus in a can, ham (thin slices I prefer but everything is optional), cream cheese, "ham cheese" (basically cream cheese with a bit of flavouring and small pieces of ham), paprika powder (I used hot) and shredded cheese.
Start with spreading the ham cheese on the bottom, don't be too stingy and evenly scatter the ham all over..
Then the asparagus (from a can) is laid out evenly on top and add the cream cheese in lumps. I seasoned with hot paprika spice, you can add a little black pepper also but you can also add that afterwards if needed.
Bunch of shredded cheese on top of this little beauty and into the pizza oven (or of course your normal, heated oven). Prepare a plate, cutlery and something to drink as well as a cosy place in front of the Telly with a blanket on standby. Bake until golden brown, melted, smelling delicious and enjoy!
This perhaps might not be the best thing to see on a Monday, but I had to get it out of my system... until next weekend I suppose! :)
